Pros

- Manager are good with words, and will tell you what you want to hear

Cons

- Executives are all liars - Bad pay - No raises, especially for top performers (as managers frequently want to keep top performers down) - No health care - Flexibility depends solely on your account and manager

We regret you feel this way and want to know why you felt deceived. We truly strive to always be transparent with the compensation, benefits, etc... and while some of our positions are temporary, a lot of them turn into permanent opportunities. The beauty of using a staffing agency is the ability to get your foot in the door of a huge company that may have been difficult otherwise. If you would like to share more insight with our management team, don't hesitate to email us at wehearyou@randstadusa.com. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share.

Pros

A paycheck while looking for a new position.

Cons

Think very seriously about working in this position. You’ll make $45-50k per year to work with felons, drug addicts and people who will desperately look for work and never show to your client or can’t pass a drug screen or background. Oh and you get to perform drug screens in the office. Be prepared to look at lots of pee. Daily. Not only is unsanitary but degrading if you have a college degree or any sense of professional work ethic. Constantly working to fill and recruit for the same positions. The positive reviews most likely are employees who know nothing else in the job market or just got their first higher paying position. Tied to a desk making 35+ “connects” to decision makers to find new positions to fill. Good luck with that. Processing payroll for employees etc. Limited field sales time (4 hours per week) no positivity from management. Low pay. If you want to leave at 5pm, be prepared to look for a new job. They expect you to work until expectations are met. That means coming in before 8 and staying after 5, heck even Saturday if needed to fill the positions. I could go on but why bother. All for $50k a year. Sounds fun right? No career advancement opportunity expect for a “senior” title, which is nothing different. Branch manager and that’s your future. Two options. Cliff notes, just find another $50k job that doesn’t require looking at pee.
