They lie about job availability to get you in the office. The amount of time it takes to complete the application process is extensive and they do not give you a job in return. They waste your time and resources, like gas, by telling you to come into their office and they do not even have work so you can put more gas in the car. Time is wasted when you can put your efforts toward something that is not a gimmick. This office is not at all diverse and is clearly not an equal opportunity employer within their office. It is a wonder who available jobs are given to when they are real.

I understand that these recruiters have to go through hundreds of employees, but from my experience, they do not care. Each time I worked through them, they got my schedule wrong in addition to not setting up my appointments despite claiming to have done so. There were multiple instances where I went into work only to be sent home because they had made an error with my schedule. They also struggle with returning phone calls and responding to emails and texts. Communication skills are extremely poor.
