Pros

Great training and great base salary.

Cons

Total micro-management Ridiculous "point system" which takes you away from your daily tasks and company focus of "job fit, boss fit, company fit." 1 point for a call, 5 points for a visit... you have to have 100 points in one section and 50 in another by the end of each week. If someone in your branch quits you have to make up their points...if someone is on vacation you have to make up their points. INSANE. It is NOT an 8-5 job: your expected to work through lunch and to work until at least 6. There is NO work/life balance.

Pros

Friendly peers. Executive leadership is trying to steer the company in the right direction.

Cons

Very aggressive on the sales side. Very focused on numbers. Managers checked in twice a day(sometimes three - four times a day) on numbers. Branch managers not allowed to make own decisions.

Pros

They pay you well for over working you.

Cons

This company is poorly managed. Everything is micromanged no matter what your position is within the company. The problem is they hire people right out college who have no management experience and then promote them into managers. They waste more time have meetings about what you aren't doing right vs praising the good things that employees are doing. Every task is micromanged to the core. There is no work/life balance. Lunch time is not something that you will receive here. If you like being treated like a child and not a professional/adult then this is the right place for you. They set unattainable, unrealistic goals and when you don't acheive them, they will threaten your job. This company appreciates very little that you do for them. It's always about the next big sell. There is high turnover because of the poor management and micromanagement.
