Pros

As an agent, you quickly learn various facets of HR (Employee Relations, Recruiting, On-boarding, Payroll, etc). The mix of Sales and Recruiting made each day different. Sales accomplishments and new clients were very highly recognized and praised, though not monetarily. They have a very structured career path - if you check everything off the list, you get promoted and a salary increase.

Cons

Working an as agent is very fast paced and busy, to the point of not having time to eat lunch or use the restroom sometimes! Temporary staffing is not a well respected industry, and the employees often do not show up for work or do off the wall things at client sites. There is a constant struggle between making the employees happy and making the clients/companies happy. Small branches mean less people to cover when you take PTO, so PTO is used sparingly.

Pros

When you first come in they give you plenty of training. People seem very helpful.

Cons

When times get hard people quickly become unhelpful and management helps very little.

Pros

Overall a good staffing company to work for if you want to be a recruiter at a large corporation. Company is always in the process of trying to brand themselves, which can be a challenge. However, they give their recruiters the best resources and a lot of freedom. This was my experience in the office I worked in.

Cons

No formal training available for a newer recruiter. This makes it very challenging to build a team, as green recruiters really aren't an option as the environment isn't supportive of learning the business. For a Sr Recruiter that wants good resources and to be left alone, it was a good fit. No micromanagement. Again, his was specific to my experience. This company has 800+ offices, each operate differently. I worked in the Boca Raton office.
