Disorganized. Sales people should spend close to 100% doing sales...not admin $10/hr work. They split up your role. 50% sales, 50% recruiting. That doesn't include all the time wasted with choppy tech, annoying admin work because most offices don't have admin support and "talent" issues. They use the term "talent" to refer to the candidates they hire to place with their clients. Most people they hire each week won't get a job, they are being used as a lead source so their sales people can learn who else is using staffing agencies. As a sales person you will be frustrated by the lack of focus on sales and most people quit after 6 months because they don't like feeling like they are in preschool. NO COMMISSION! There are no incentives to work 50 hours a week and rarely take lunches because all you receive is a low base salary and no commission which is unheard of in the industry. The only motivation you have is working hard so you dont get in trouble by your branch manager or regional director. They claim that quality is most important, but really on a day to day basis, it is all about putting people in jobs as quickly as possible to make money.
