The sales targets, focus and strategy change on a daily basis. Management is very inexperienced and most of the sales and recruiters are very green with little or now business acumen. They tend to hire young and hope. Clients don't hang around because they feel unimportant and can get the warm and fuzzy's elsewhere and do. Turn over is very high for these and many other reasons. Over 300% in my branch. Randstad goes a long way to train everyone just to have managers treat them like children with no respect.

Sales driven to the point of ridiculous. Forced to market to clients that beg us to stop calling them. Many of my co-workers are actually banned from some companies for being too sales aggressive.
