My God, What the Hell Happened to such a Fantastic Company. It just went to the Dogs ! ! ! The Recruiters are under experienced and have no HR Background. It appears they just cannot train them fast enough. They seem to think that having a AA, BA, PhD, EdD or Master's with absolutely no HR or Recruiting Experience is going to save them. I cannot tell you how many times their Recruiters are all talk and no work. To go as far as YELLING at each other and at Employees who work hard so for Randstad. They have Major Accounts.....i.e., AVON, Bank of America, etc. It makes me wonder who took their Recruiters when they got their BA or who wrote their College Papers. Because Randstad recruiters can no longer write than the Man in the Moon. They have no Penmanship skills, no Leadership skills and no Communication skills
