Pros

Decent pay, flexible work times but you don't get all holidays and you won't make the yearly bonus unless you can manage to work OT hours

Cons

No holidays, no raises (or barely a raise), If you do a really good job contracting to a company and they want to hire you Randstad sometimes won't let you go. If you're to good they want to keep you with them which isn't a good thing when you want steady work

Pros

The company was good at letting you know up front what you were expected to do. The training is extensive, and provided me with the tools necessary to use the systems for the job.

Cons

There was little training in the way of Customer Service, handling escalations or managing unusual situations. Almost no training on proper sales techniques. A lack of communication ensured that you could lose your job at the drop of a hat. Almost zero communication after the job ended.
