      Pros

      Ability to make good money early in your career. Opportunity to engage with Managers/Directors/VPs/CEOs in a business discussion. Learn the ropes of the technology industry and how it works from the inside out. Learn how to manage your own career by helping to manage others. Work with some of the most notable companies in existence, and learn what makes them successful.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but you MUST be 100% committed to be successful. Very crowded industry. Becomes very routine after a while. Not a ton of training given. Lack of communication with internal employees. Not all branches have strong leadership. Promote a "churn and burn" culture, although they are getting more progressive in their approach.

      Pros

      If your only motivation in life is making money, Randstad is for you.

      Cons

      Very sleezy company. I worked at Randstad for two years. All that Randstad cares about is the bottom line. They have no interest in people, internal or external. Very much a micromanaging atmosphere. Must work long hours. Positions are classified as exempt, when they should be nonexempt. Managers coach their employees to work against each other, rather than work as a team. There is a lot of bickering that goes on internally, lying to clients, etc.
