Pros

Compensation is great if you are a top performer, but that takes a long time, and was under-paid for the first 2 years. Leadership changes have been significant and therefore corporate direction changes often and without communication.

Cons

Randstad is becoming the "big box" staffing company that doesn't value it's staff, and replaces them without hesitation. The only way that you are assessed is based on your daily, weekly, monthly metrics. Only results are appreciated, and not effort.

Horrible follow up

Pros

Enjoyed my assignment. I had to go through Randstad since the company I was going to do a temp assignment works through them. The signing on process was efficient and signing up for benefits was an easy process.

Cons

Once my assignment was coming to an end no one reached out to me after trying to locate a human being to speak to. My contact who onboarded me had left the company which left me with a hunt to find someone to speak with about another assignment. I contacted 3 different individuals and never heard back. I think it is a very disjointed organization since I was given 3 locations and not hearing back does not make someone feel like a valued employee.

Pros

its a paycheck, that's about it.

Cons

Since Randstad's acquisition of Technisource, the company has gone from a large corporation with a "home grown" feel, to a chop shop. There is a ton of internal competition; everyone plays pretty dirty for the most part, not many opportunities for growth even after you've proven yourself, the commission structure sounds great but it really isn't, base salaries are extremely low for how in-demand recruiters are right now, and management hasn't a clue how to train newcomers properly, they just run amock calling your candidates and submitting blindly. There are deep rifts between the recruiters and sales and management does little to motivate. Very negative attitudes.
