      Pros

      Pay is good, but believe me you will regret joining this company as a Recruiter!!

      Cons

      Where do I start!! Worst Immediate Supervisor at India-AP Location, Worst management, Worst targets, NO gratitude, Always gives unrealistic targets, illogical pressure, there will be always a factor of threat-- "FIRING", worst team communication, worst teams I have ever seen, so its a TOTAL MESS

      Pros

      Used to be a better firm years ago when it was Accountants International.

      Cons

      They have over the last two years laid off great employees and instead have hired and kept people that are really dishonest or only out for themselves. It's quite sad as they could have been a good company. I would recommend looking at other staffing firms in the top 5, not them. They hire what they call boot campers ( young partying kids) and often fire them in 2 months if they don't hit the ground running. Tough model to make it with minimal guidance usually.

      Pros

      Could leave your work at work and not have to take it home with you (except when you had to stay late, a lot of the time). Training was set up well, lots to learn and apply to job.

      Cons

      Our office culture was a joke. Favouritism was driving this branch like a run-away train. If the branch was busy, may as well just take on more work. Quality of candidates was completely watered down, so quantity over quality persisted.
