Pros

Okay compensation, great benefits, good team members, growth potential

Cons

High employee turnover, no work life balance, get paid for a 40/hr work week but expect to work 10-12 hour shift and continue working from home on nights and weekends. Very stressful and demanding company to work for.

Pros

They provide vast resources to be competitive in a tough market. Management of the branch I work in along with the region is very supportive, open-minded, and appreciative. There is a lot of opportunity to be successful but it does take a lot of work and determination. Training is good, if you enjoy sales or look to purse sales as a career, Randstad is a great company to get experience and get comfortable with your own skill set when dealing with clients.

Cons

Depending on the branch & manager, things could be great and the team works together or very hard with every man/women for themselves (so I've heard). It is sales & recruiting, high turnover is expected, so the industry and job is not for those who have minimal drive, assertion, and aggressiveness to succeed in a competitive environment.

Pros

*Training is great. I have basically used my training and connections from Randstad Technologies and am working at a better company, with better results. Why is that you ask? There is so much turnover at this office that many don't know and/or have stopped caring about who they are dealing with. *Outings are fun *The insanely long hours I put in, have given me the experience of someone with 6 years as opposed to 3 and my market value has increased tremendously.

Cons

*management at all levels changes too often, usually with good intentions, but no model seems to be effective. *Turnover (as mentioned in Pros). *Over worked and underpaid *Too much focus on volume and less on quality *No work life balance. *Micro-management
