      Completely Unprofessional management. I wanted to use all the bad words to describe these people but could not.

      Pros

      You get your weekly pay on time.

      Cons

      Everything is a challenge. They take advantage of Visa issues. They threaten to work for less salaries after joining the Company saying "We might have to let you go unless you accept this offer". No proper response to issues or concerns related to pay or any other issues as a matter of fact. Completely Unprofessional attitude. Neither they stand by their words nor they have complete knowledge about their work.

      Pros

      Got a chance to speak with one of their Technical Recruiters about experience, compensations, lined profile with face. Very good experience- professional staff, brand new office, large resources network- could tell that they really want to invest in you as employees and care about what you want as a career right now and in the long term. They showed me several job requirements in face and was trying to see which one I was more interested in and would like to pursue further, in terms of skill set match-up, personal interests, contract time terms and location preference. They have many good relationships with lots of great companies. I am expected to hear back from them soon for a derivatives opportunity. Anyway I like the experience and highly recommend those who are looking for a career move to check Randstad out.

      I am not sure if the initial meeting would really line me up with a good opportunity but definitely want to work with them and see. I like it- so far so good.

      Cons

      Lots of multi-tasking on a daily basis. Hard to allocate time to everything that needs to get done.
