Pros

Good career advancement opportunities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Communicates well with employees.

Cons

Sometimes had problems getting paid on time, but only happened on a few occasions. Although one time I had to wait 2 weeks instead of 1 week for my paycheck.

Pros

*some* of the people are fun to work with

Cons

-Three managers in the two years I've been there... -Terrible commission structure. -"Internal growth" ha! what a joke... being promoted is nearly impossible. -Benefits are way too expensive for such a big company. -Base salary is decent, but not for the type of hours they want you to work. -Unless you're a cute guy, don't expect things to go your way here, a lot of favoritism. -Encouraged to work weekends and very late hours -Software is terrible, you'll get to know IT very well and they won't be helpful at all... -This is a good started job for someone that is interested in recruiting, but get your experience and get out.

Pros

The salary is competitive if you negotiate. My health benefits are good and I work from home. Those are great perks but.....they came with many trade-offs. I recommend the company for someone that needs to gain experience working with external customers or if you just need steady employment. If you have ambition and want growth, it is not the place.

Cons

The trade-offs..... I have never had a performance evaluation from my mgr. I don't get incentives for outstanding performance....no rewards and recognition even when clients send kudos. I was informed they are starting a rewards and recognition program in the future. There is no training and development to keep employees engaged, only an online CBT program which leaves much to be desired. The vacation policy needs to be improved. New hires get 2 weeks vacation and that doesn't increase until your 5 yr anniversary. If you support a dedicated external account, the positions are dead end positions until either your assignment ends or you resign. There is no retention policy to keep their top performers challenged by moving them from account to account. Therefore, I'm ready to move on.
