      opportunity to learn the staffing role as well how to run your own business

      Cons

      In the branch, you will learn how to run your own business. No support and will feel like you are on an island. Too many metrics and no focus on quality. Be careful about standing up for yourself because you will not be supported for moving forward

      Was hired and started quickly

      Cons

      Randstad reps didn't know very much about the job site they were hiring for. The place had very high turnover as work was very demanding and not very safe. They didn't seem to notice/care. Employee morale was the lowest I've seen at any workplace I've been in.
