      Yeah they get you a job and dont give 2 cents about you after

      Transparency is utter bad, they hire you and dont care about you. Your consultants dont talk to you at all.

      Some great people working in the office and there is potential to earn some good commission.

      Cons

      It's like they don't want you to earn money for yourself, just for the company! They will want you to work 60+ hours a week for a 'laughable wage'! They change the structure every 2 minutes because they're not happy and the always point the finger at you. No matter what you do right, there's always a wrong! I guess if you're looking for a job where you will spend no time with your family or friends, earn crap money and get made to feel that you're a complete failure, then this is the perfect place for you.

We absolutely don't expect people to work 60 hours a week, and whilst recruitment is a demanding role the potential to earn an attractive income is very achievable whilst still having a good work life balance.
