Do Not Work Here

Pros

Work from home flexibility is nice.

Cons

I worked for this organization for 2 years and I have experienced a 59.6% turnover. During my time management does not know what they are doing. It is full of unethical practices to get the sale, gaslighting and senior leadership not understanding the market. They will take away tools for you to do your job if you start struggling. They increased my quota to 280,000/year and counted me as a second year employee when I was only at the organization for 1 year and 7 months to get me to quit. They will do everything they can to make sure you are miserable here. It is completely understaffed and the most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. Take a different offer if you have one.

Pros

The moment I left the there!

Cons

How much time do you have: trained to use unethical tactics towards schools/clients to make as much money as possible - just don't care about their clients and schools. Management are awful and have shocking leadership qualities and struggle to lead by example - really unprofessional. Management are shockingly hypocritical and the least influential people I have ever worked with. Avoid Randstad at all costs. Just do not care about their staff and full of broken promises

Pros

Bonuses were generous... thats it.

Cons

No work/ life balance was offered and the fact that you were a “salaried employee” was constantly thrown in your face to convince you that you had to work 60 hours a week and constantly be available to your managers. If I had to take a 1/2 day for an appointment it felt like the end of the world. There were no sales leads provided so you had to generate them on your own with little direction or assistance (leading to a lot of wasted time). There was little to no direction on compliance (leading to lots of errors and confusion). Managers constantly created drama and spoke negatively about other employees publicly. Benefits were not very competitive.
