      Pros

      They set you up with a very extensive training program. You're either a salesman or you're not. Management really tries to help you but you either know how to do it, or you don't.

      Cons

      Over management. Open office that makes it hard to focus on sales calls. Unrealistic Numbers that can't be hit. Very family -like atmosphere. Hard to adjust if you are new. Posting fake jobs for people that really need work to hit interview quotas.

      This staff agencies is helpful in getting you started. Someone was always available if you need assistance over the phone.

      Cons

      Misleading about the actual assignments, not only to you as the employee but also to their customers.

      Pros

      The place you go to if you don't have time to look for a job and need someone else to do it for you.

      Cons

      The Oakville staff will call you if your skills "fit what their clients want" even if it's not what you're looking for, just so they can make their commission. They won't communicate otherwise. If you had a question, they wouldn't reply to your email unless you are a candidacy to their client. Horrible customer service and clearly do not care about anything except their pockets.
