      Pros

      None. Never worked for them they never return phone calls or emails. Just another bad staffing company

      Cons

      Everything. No communication. Reps if you can get one on the phone are pushy to get off the phone saying they are very busy. Not finding jobs for people that's for sure

      Pros

      Great entry level opportunity for those looking to get into sales or recruiting. Nationwide offices so that allows teh ability to move around IF a new role comes available.

      Cons

      Split desk recruiting and sales is tough, especially with highly aggressive sales goals. More concerned with meeting numbers as opposed to to making actual tangible results.

      Pros

      Its an excellent company to learn the ropes of recruitment as they provide great training.

      Cons

      Very undermining, juvenile, micromanaged environment. They set unrealistic goals in order to obtain a bonus and its almost impossible to meet. I have heard they have undergone a lot of changes since I was there, perhaps they have changed.
