      Pros

      The people of walmart. Working with them directly is better than dealing with s1 boss. If it werent for them i left a long time ago.

      Cons

      Management. Constant harassment and stress and worry if your boss is gonna fire you because you reject them. This is a place of work not for your hunting grounds. Even if you do make the numbers youre required if the boss doesnt like you or if youre not willing to “go the extra mile” you most likely wont have a job. $12 and hour isnt worth being sexually harassed and made feel very uncomfortable.

      Pros

      Waste consultancy. Please avoid being their employee. Look out for a permanent job in a company and not in a Consultancy.

      Cons

      * Lot of false promises are made before joining. * Once onboarded don't care of their employees. * It says can end contract if no projects found after a year. * But if the project within an year only, they throw you out without telling a word.

      They were prompt to schedule Initial Interview to get New Client Profile Built

      Cons

      I have learned this was done only for their advantage. They all regardless of location or staff personnel get person excited, yet never call back with any leads or recently had someone reach out for " Vacant Position" needing to be filled "Immediately" and never called back after I Re submitted my resume, had several long detailed calls to no avail. Second time back to back the recruiter " no longer with company" within a 4- 5 month period. No one ever called to inform either personnel was no longer working my file.
