      Pros

      Do it for 6 months and then you can move to another company If you make money, they leave you alone..

      Cons

      Female managers try to get rid of younger/smarter/prettier females who join the office Poor commission scheme High alcoholic culture Disgusting management culture where they all previously worked together (mostly from Robert Walters )

      I enjoyed the job working in recruitment and talking to new people every day

      Cons

      They put so much pressure on you to come into the company and just hit targets, with no indication or pointers on how to do so. Poor communication between management and an overall air of arrogance and superficiality based on who was making the most money in the office . The people ruined it for me , although it would be unfair to say that my manager was a good manager and a couple of the employees were nice
