Pros
I honestly can't really think of much. Except you get to help people find jobs and the base pay isn't bad, but when you factor in all the work and stress they need to pay their employees more.
Cons
Management was horrible. They left me in a branch alone. They give warnings while you are in training. Absolutely no probationary period. Turnover is bad. They tend to forget different cities have different market trends. Too many time wasting conference calls and webinars. They are obsessed with role playing. The training is 6 months long and it's all long tests and webinars. Micromanagement even though they didn't have a manager in my location. They set you up for failure. They knew who they were hiring, people with little to no staffing experience yet they don't have a manager regularly on site to help. They overkill on sales. Lots of prospective clients decided to not use Randstad due to the amount of emails and phone calls they were receiving. Management makes fun of people that come in and apply. I've heard everything from that person is dumb or that person is stupid and the list goes on and on. Little respect of people or where they might come from. Overall terrible corporate structure. I felt like a number.
