Great training programme and great place to spend the first 1-2 years of your recruitment career.

Cons

Salaries are well below industry average. Commission schemes are also well below industry average. No consideration for work - life balance Everything is not as it seems when you are sold the dream. Be very very careful

We also have a best in class engagement survey which allows anonymous comments to be made which is monitored by HR and Senior Management. Great working atmosphere where everyone celebrates each others successes Positive and supportive working environment Endless support from front and back of house teams (HR, IT, L&D and Business Improvement) Excellent Commission Structure Clear Objectives and Direction given by management teams Senior Management are always visible and present coaching and leading and motivating staff There are so many tools to achieve your targets and KPI's that you are spoilt with power Friday Drinks at the end of the day to celebrate everyones successes from the week

Great people to work with within my department Lot of autonomy I had great manager support when needed Can work from different branches if needed Lots of company events Treat Thursdays / Beer Fridays Good RRSP and SPP program

Cons

Departments don't communicate properly so there is a lot of work being passed around because no one knows where it's supposed to go Lots of politics, most management will go out of their way to bend the rules if they like you Pay is low compared to other companies Benefits need to be better Too heavily focused on Quebec and starting to forget that the rest of Canada exists especially with the Marketing material Lots of people are fake because they want something from you No career opportunities for employees Lot of issues that can expose company to legal issues if they aren't fixed Money being spent in the wrong areas, the systems being used are old and out-dated Some VP level and higher management are clueless regarding what their employees go through
