      Pros

      They provided lots of training. Probably a better company for someone without previous successful sales experience.

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics. They are extremely rigid. Out of touch on the methods of prospecting. I was pursued by Randstad, then ignored and then treated in the worst way by my direct manager. The manager then worked around me, ignoring me and disrespecting in front of my own employees. It became the most hostile workplace I’ve ever worked in. I work never recommend working directly for this company.

      if you get hire permenant and maybe realize is not a fit after been there. and you call back to ask them to start looking again for another job they might call your boss to find out whats the problem.. which is a total of privacy violation. and never call back base on the lie the boss told.
