Pros
As an auxiliary, you get piecework pay for loading tires and can get overtime working the line.
Cons
Very inconsistent with management that don't care about their workers. Either doing nothing or working an 80 hour week on the line, still getting paid less than the Michelin folks when you're getting overtime. If you can handle BS, work for Michelin. If you can't, don't work here!
