Pros
I have a job, that's the only plus side about it.
Cons
They do not pay well, you're better off working your way to getting off their pay scale and getting in the company you're assigned to directly. They changed the time card system to "mirror " the company I'm assigned to rather than just releasing the ones who have worked the set amount of hours for the contract to work for the company. You're lucky to get anyone on the phone and if you do you have to keep reminding them why you've called at least in my experience with them. I inquired about benefits and the answer was that I would get an email from some department of company of which I have not gotten after almost 6 months.
