      entrepeneurship, high quality of standards, you can develop yourself. Lots of training programs at the academie. You learn about management, cosultancy, sales, marketing & communication. It is as if you lead your small business within the company. The workingenvironment is very dynamic. never a dull moment and you constantly have to focus on priorities.

      A big brand name in recruitment.

      Cons

      If you are a new joiner and trying to be good in the organisation, you will be tortured by colleagues. Asst managers are not of any use. Do not expect any kind of help from any one in the organisation, not even from HRs....you are all alone... Find a work for yourself and perform.
