      Decent well-organised company, but not innovative or forward thinking

      Pros

      Plenty of decent people work here at the lower and mid levels. They are not focused on sales at the expense of customer service. They spend time developing people and trying to help their careers progress.

      Cons

      The senior management were quite out of touch and didn't seem to be interested in understanding what happened at a lower level. There was a continuing drive to keep trying the same thing, even if it didn't work!

      Pros

      It's a good way to learn a variety of skills since it is a temp company.

      Cons

      The Account Managers often place you in postitions, when even they don't know what the posititon is. The pay is terrible. They hire lazy people to work, so the few good people have to pick up the slack and are paid the same.
