      Pros

      The money was great, it made paying off student loan payments a breeze.

      Cons

      You will compete with your assigned mentor for new customers, the company on a branch to branch level is very hostile with everyone attempting to claw there way to the top, included the manager. It was literally the worst job I have ever had. I left everyday feeling defeated.

      -Good Ambience -Professionalism -Timely payout of salary -Top management is supportive -Stability

      Cons

      -High level of office politics -Company do not pay any variables after leaving -Middle management do not take initiatives for change -Company is loosing market share & legging behind in competition which is affecting company share & also monetary benefits of employees -Middle management is having more attrition then entry level which reflect that company policy is not employee friendly across all levels. -Negligible increment & company only increase salary if you put resign. -They did not pay incentives in case of delay payout even they show the same in CTC as variable amount. - -

      Pros

      Randstad is a great company to take into consideration what your skills and work history contains. They will help assign you to open jobs with good pay-rates. In 2013 I moved to another state and was out of work for almost 3/mo. I signed up with Randstad and they placed me within a week. I have since gone to a permanent position, but that's the fantastic thing about them. They offer temp to perm, temp and also contract positions.

      Cons

      As a whole, benefits are only offered through certain companies who approve it through Randstad. Many clients offer PTO, Vacation, Holiday, etc. Benefits are offered, Randstad goes through a third party company. Coverage is taken out weekly. While I did not opt for this coverage, the insurance offered now is better than prior coverages. Scheduling for social events outside of work can be awkward due to being a temp
