      Pros

      Meet awesome people Great Benefits 9-5 hours (my position) They take care of their employees - monthly/weekly gatherings/lunches

      Cons

      High turnover of the recruiters Some recruiters/account managers don't even look at you. You're just there to send them an e-mail when their candidate is there. That's IT! You have to work literally beside the same person everyday. It's long after a while. Sitting down all day.

      I liked how my management staff wanted me to succeed and put my best efforts first.

      Cons

      I did not like how there was a lack of communication between my on-site management team and the management team of who we were working for. It created issues when our on-site management team didn't know or understand the issues we had with the work we were doing.
