      The culture is amazing. Tons of incredibly smart professionals that are all helping support you. Lots of learning and development for employees

      Cons

      Decisions are a little slow to be finalized. Lot of pressure on certain departments within the organization. Some teams worked too hard and really could use more staff

      Pros

      The managers in charge tried their hardest to keep you employed and I was there for a year before I left. The hiring mangers were fair and gave decent raises and praise.

      Cons

      The cons were that the jobs could literally end at any time and it was very worrying to wonder if they were gonna tell you they don't need you any more in the middle of the week with no warning.
