      Pros

      Training, marketing, brand and career opportunities. Global brand with a strong connections to many other countries to make it easier to transfer candidates cross borders and also learn lessons of of other divisions

      Cons

      Perception of the randstad brand. In New Zealand each office has it's own culture and buzz which is a good thing. Change can be a little harder with a myriad of stakeholders

      Pros

      I was able to work for a top company in the US. After a year and a half I was hired on full-time by the company.

      Cons

      I found the benefit package was lacking. In addition, I always felt like an outsider at the companies I worked for.
