      Pros

      -Was a great company prior to the Vedior & Randstad Merger. Had a great corporate culture (have many close friends from the CNC days) -Had a very strong management team that was concerned about the well being of the company and its staff -You are ran your own desk and success was based upon how hard you worked

      Cons

      Linda Galipeau Very metrics driven Once great corporate culture is long gone Very hard to bring in new business if you are just joining the company / many of the good accounts are owned Delivery is weak and company continues to lose key accounts and market share

      Good Company Raises every year up to 5% and comes with vacation and sick time from the start

      Cons

      The company is just slowly going down hill with the addition of contracts in the department and general work load is slowly bringing everything down hill
