Empowerment: I work in a team which is highly empowered and has management & business support. I have not seen this in other companies Roles: Getting very good exposure across multiple roles. The company is open for internal mobility as well. Performance: The leadership and the team is highly focused on India and believe, they can grow at a faster pace.
