Being put through a redundancy process which and getting scored against a matrix where there is no valid data. The senior management are very insensitive calling everyone onto an hour long call including recruiters who are being made redundant to talk about promotions in the team and pay rises. Absolutely horrible, how can you promote mental health and then literally break everyone mentally bit by bit?
