      1. The work can be very monotonous. So much so, it , often feels repetitive, which might lead to a loss of interest over time. 2. The possibility for growth within the company is limited.

      1. The ones who are older in the company are heard the most by the HR. 2. They are ready to put false acquisition everytime they feel like if the manger doesnt like. 3. The manager is biased towards his judgement. 4. The HR also support the leadership team. 4. They will not allow you more than 2 months also to prove yourself. They will jump into a conclusion without hearing the victim
