      I want to make sure everyone knows that Isobel Turner is an incredibly professional and dedicated agent. For months, Issy has been making numerous calls and reaching out to schools in an effort to secure me a full-time teaching position. Her guidance has been absolutely invaluable. If Issy is your agent, you're definitely in great hands!

      Work from Home was only the good part.

      I worked as an Annotation Analyst with Nvidia Graphics, and it was by far the worst experience I've had. There was no opportunity for growth, the team leads were toxic, and the managers lacked the courage to engage with employees. I often worked 13-14 hour days to meet KPIs, and the team leads constantly pressured employees about performance. Randstad would send warning emails if KPIs weren’t met. They were also very restrictive with leave requests—whenever I asked for time off, the team lead would deny it, saying they needed to manage the entire team. I even had to work after my grandfather's funeral because of this. When my laptop’s hinge broke and I needed a day off for repairs, the team lead insisted that I had to log in, regardless of the issue. I would not recommend anyone to join this organization, even under pressure.
