When they send you out for an interview and you don’t get it They don’t give any reasons why you were not hired . They completely ignore as if you don’t exist at all. You try calling no response, you try emailing them no response as if you don’t exist at all. One of the worst staffing companies ever!!

I don't know where to start from but let me try :- a)Pathetic IT infrastructure and the entire company is crying because of it b) Friction between front office and back office resulting in unhappy clients and deployed employees c) Randstad recruitment centre (so called RRC) to make sure that Randstad actually shuts its shop in India. d) We still work on excel to track everything as there is no system in place e) No engagement for employees and No growth for performers f) Leadership team has all the benefits of flying to Bangalore for so called LT meet every month but nothing for junior/mid level employees. We are dying but the organisation has no value for our hard work g) Our India CEO is busy in playing Ice hockey. While other organisations are growing, we are busy in finding what do we need to do to sustain ourselves, We are surely full speed ahead for losing all our customers
