      I worked at Randstad for 8 years and had a rewarding experience overall. I started in an operational support role and progressed to a team leader position in a customer service operation for internet and IPTV services. The work culture was collaborative and balanced, with strong support for growth and skill development. Randstad promotes internal talent and values commitment. I found local management to be approachable and supportive, particularly in times of transition or challenge.

      Cons
