      How do they survive?

      Pros

      Good office location, really easy environment to work in (because the average is, well, very average) and survive and straight-forward to lie about activity and record it. No one checks properly anyway. A great place to just take the base salary and be left alone Lots of free alcohol

      Cons

      - If you good at what you do now, you will won't be after 6 months joining - KPI environment - the worst I've ever seen - If you have a semblance of a brain, you'll be lonely in the company

      No pros. It is a body shopping org. Not a company at all

      Cons

      - No response to emails - Don't keep promises - No support once deputed to client location - Make you run around for F&F once you leave the company. It has been 80 days since I left and I have not received my F&F despite repeated reminders. The policy doc says F&F will be settled in 60 days. Now, they have even stopped responding to emails. My trust in them was so low, I gave them a good rating when I left because I was not sure they'd pay my F&F if I rated them correctly. Unfortunately, my worst fears have come true.
