Job security, Great company culture, Strong values and work ethics, great brand on the market. Randstad Holding really keeps its employees involved in the decisions, top management is always approachable and it is a great place to work.

Cons

Very structured with salaries and does not pay the best in the market. They could be better to keep the workforce more motivated. Sometimes a bit too much governance.

I didn't see any, they use you and only are concerned for what is in it for themselves. You better ask a lot of questions before working for them.

Cons

no benefits, low pay and lied to. They are like robots with no empathy or compassion for their employees.
