No PTO or sick time. You get to interact with clients who can help you get a new job outside of the company.

Cons

Senior leadership may as well not even exist, you're just another cog in the wheel. Leadership in general is virtually absent. Nobody cares about you or your development, only about logging metrics and quantity over quality to be sure their boss isn't chewing them out. Closed door policy. No career trajectory except out.
