Allows remote working in most roles.

Cons

Randstad UK is constantly restructuring to save money to ensure their profit is continually increasing. The company is very unstable and you are treated as disposable. Every 6 months (at least) there are people being made redundant. Not recommended for anyone who's looking for longevity in their next position.
