      Pros

      People here are incredible - smart, kind, and collaborative. Everyone is empowered to grow and have impact. The company operates insanely well - focused on near term goals with huge dreams. A real rocket ship!

      As with any fast growing startups, it's demanding and the bar is high. If that motivates you, you belong here.

      - love what i do - incredible pace of execution - love the people i work with - deep incentive alignment across the company (hope we keep this up!)

      growing pains, i.e. hiring + hiring well (but nothing that one wouldn't expect given speed/pace of execution)
