      Pros

      Favorite company I've worked at - people push each other but still collaborate. It's competitive but in a motivating way. Quotas are high, but attainable. Lot of career opportunities. Things move fast. Employees are given a lot of autonomy

      Cons

      It's not for everyone - it's a demanding place to work and the people you're surrounded by are incredibly impressive/talented. Can be intimidating and you have to be willing to put in a lot of hours/effort. But if you do, it's rewarding and career opportunities are endless

      You will be shocked that a workplace exists thats this good.

      Cons

      Honestly not much. Some might say its intense but I think it's fine. You won't be coasting and its a fun place to learn and grow.

      -great pay -great benefits -people really love Ramp and are passionate about their work -if you perform there is a lot of room to grow, and they will promote you -if you are willing to make work your life, they will recognize your hardwork

      Cons

      -no work/life balance -feel guilty for taking any time off -extremely difficult to return from family leave -high expectations to extent of majority of people working 60+ hours/week
