Pros

Slightly higher salary for the role compared to many companies. Good insurance benefits. This company probably won’t go anywhere anytime soon and is a good resume addition.

Cons

Management is metrics obsessed and more micromanagey by the day. The kicker is that they don’t understand the metrics they are obsessed with and they don’t have time for you or your feedback. The team is run like a call center and they will work you to the bone. Lots of people leaving and talking about leaving lately.

It’s a startup and although it’s in the later stages of funding, there are still growing pains and quick changes that can come out of no where and change what your day to day looks like.

Cons

Eng management is mostly IC's doing double duty. This is ideal if you like low involvement mgmt and relative flat org chats. Not great if you want dedicated career (not technical) mentoring and soft skill development.
