Pros

Highly rewarding, nothing goes unnoticed, you'll get promoted if you deserve it. Definitely a market leader and an incredibly fast place.

Cons

Grindy culture, not for everyone, but could also be a pro if that's what you're looking for.

Pros

Insane talent in sales. I've worked at 3 high performing software companies, and Ramp's sales team is a juggernaut. What's most interesting is that all the top performers are so willing to help with new hires and folks that aren't performing at the level they want to. Culturally, everyone is obsessed with winning, and it's contagious. Believe we even have several 7 figure W2 earners.

Cons

It's hard work. You just can't treat this like a 9 to 5 if you want to be successful.

Pros

Ramp.com offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment that’s ideal for engineers who thrive on ownership and impact. The engineering culture emphasizes autonomy, clean architecture, and a strong focus on product quality, making it a great place to grow technically while shipping meaningful features. Collaboration between teams is smooth, with PMs and designers highly engaged and receptive to feedback. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there's a genuine push for continuous improvement and performance. Overall, it’s a rewarding place for driven engineers who want to build at scale.

Cons

The only drawback is that the speed of execution can sometimes lead to unclear prioritization, which might feel overwhelming during busy cycles.
