Pros

Ramp has an aggressive roadmap and a team that is always hungry and iterating. The company is growing very quickly and despite the recession setting in, I feel that it is in a good position to weather the storm. You will get to work with some of the smartest people in the industry and with rock-solid partners. I'm glad that I got a chance to work in the fintech industry with Ramp as my first stop.

Cons

Because of the high hiring bar, it does lead to challenges with resourcing for projects and everyone is always busy - if your plan is to coast, stay away. There are some significant growing pains, especially in sales and marketing where leadership has been reshuffled. Further, the fact that team is high-velocity means that when a complex decision has to be made, it can feel quite frustrating.
