Pros

- great product - smart people - good pay (w/ a caveat)

Cons

- everyone in Account Management at Ramp works 10-12 hour days, so even though the OTE is above average, you hourly wage is significantly lower than advertised, since we are on salary and do not get paid for OT, which is the expectation - 2025 quotas were very attainable; 2026 quotas are unattainable - lots of ego and pretentiousness at this company, not as ‘friendly’ of a culture as other tech companies I’ve worked for

Pros

True rocketship of a company. Growing insanely fast, ships new products at record speed, pay and benefits are competitive, exciting company to be at.

Cons

Work life balance is poor at times but that's to be expected at a hyper growth startup. Sales management plays clear favorites and there is drama like managers dating their subordinates then promoting them. Product ships so fast it can be difficult to keep up with current features. Too many SDRs and not enough career progression opportunities.
