Pros
The pay going in was good, and at first management was really well handled and clear Set out objectives
Cons
Not long into employment, management fell apart and there was no structure to replace it, merging with other parts of the company was more complicated than it needed to be and no information was communicated efficiently to the employees, making our jobs not feel safe and several aspects of our job responsibilities were not outlined or never outlined at all. It fell onto the employee to essentially create their own role
